Round 13 operates on a limited drop model. Each product is produced and fulfilled after the drop has officially closed.

Orders begin shipping approximately 30 days after the drop end date, not from the date the order was placed. This allows us to confirm final quantities, complete production, quality check each item, and prepare orders for fulfillment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Round 13 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If your order contains multiple items from the same drop, they may ship together once the full order is ready. If there are any unexpected production or carrier delays, we will do our best to keep you updated.
